Responsible Marketing Framework

As a responsible company, BAT Group has a set of principles and frameworks, such as the Responsible Marketing Principle that guide the decisions in how the company markets tobacco, nicotine, and zero nicotine products and brands. BAT Group upholds the same high standards in every market in which it operates, even when they are stricter than applicable local laws

BAT believes tobacco and nicotine consumption is a choice for adults only. No one underage should ever smoke or use products containing tobacco or nicotine.

BAT Bangladesh and anyone working on our behalf must be fully compliant with the local law as well as the Group policies that are kept in place to operate responsibly, and must adopt these Marketing Principles and seek to apply them in good faith at all times
