British American Tobacco Bangladesh - Nomore Mapanzure
Mr. Nomore Mapanzure joined BAT Bangladesh PLC. as Finance Director in July 2026. He brings with him more than 25 years of professional experience, including over a decade in finance leadership roles. His experience spans across diverse operations, commercial and operations finance, business transformation and board responsibilities.
Mr. Mapanzure began his career with BAT 22 years ago as Treasury Manager for BAT Zimbabwe. Since then, he has held several senior finance roles across Africa, including Commercial Finance, Operations Finance and cluster Finance Director positions.
Prior to joining BAT Bangladesh, Mr. Mapanzure served as Business Transformation Lead for Sub-Saharan Africa, supporting the region’s transformation agenda through strategic market exits, implementing leaner business models and the assets optimisation.
Throughout his career, he has built extensive experience leading finance teams in complex economic and regulatory environments while strengthening financial controls and supporting business performance.
Mr. Mapanzure is a Chartered Accountant registered in Zimbabwe [CA(Z)] and South Africa [CA(SA)]. He trained and completed his articles with Deloitte Zimbabwe and holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of South Africa.
