British American Tobacco Bangladesh - Raiyan Ahmed
Raiyan Ahmed has been appointed as the Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion at BAT Bangladesh PLC from June 2026.
With over 13 years of experience within the BAT Group, Raiyan has held a number of leadership and management roles across BAT Bangladesh and the Asia Pacific & Middle East Regional Headquarters in Hong Kong. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in driving people strategies, organisational capability development and business transformation initiatives.
Prior to his current appointment, Raiyan served as Head of Operations HR for BAT Bangladesh, where he supported the business through a significant period of transition and capability development. He also held roles including Senior HR Business Partner – Marketing & Talent and Regional HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific & Middle East, contributing to people and talent agendas across diverse markets.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from East West University and is an alumnus of St. Joseph Higher Secondary School and Notre Dame College, Dhaka.
